How Do I Declare the WGST Minor?

· Complete a “Change of Major/Minor Form”.   You may get these forms from the Registrar’s Office (King 141), the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies (Fretwell 235) or from the WGST Undergraduate Advisor, Kelly Finley (Barnard 207).

· Write “WGST” under the “Add” section, on the bottom line that reads “Minor”.

· Complete the form providing your formal name, UNC Charlotte ID, email and signature. Your GPA is not required.

· Obtain faculty signature (see info below)

· Submit to the Registrar’s Office

Where do I go to get my form signed?

· Kelly Finley (Barnard 207) is the WGST Undergraduate Advisor. She can sign your form. If she is not in her office, you may leave your completed form under her door. She will sign and leave it in the box outside of her office for you to pick up. Please allow 2 business days for signature return.

· Then submit your signed form to the Registrar’s Office (King 141)

· Please email Kelly Finley (kafinley@uncc.edu). Provide her with your full name and UNC Charlotte ID. She can advise you on your progress toward the minor.

· A list of courses is located on the WGST Board on the Second Floor of Barnard.
